Refund / Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your order prior to processing and/or shipping. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
You, the sender is solely and fully responsible for the violation of any laws, rules and regulations concerning the contents of the parcel. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to you if the parcel is returned. Also, we will charge the sender additional shipping costs to send the parcel back. You will be notified if any parcels delivered to us are damaged and/or need to be re-packed.
In a case that a parcel arrives to the recipient damaged due to shipping, you must inform us, Meest-Boston, within five (5) days of that arrival date. Also, please keep all materials and merchandise as is.
