Refund / Cancellation PolicyAny order can be canceled prior to processing or shipping. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
You, the sender is solely and fully responsible for the violation of any laws, rules and regulations concerning the contents of the parcel. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to you if the parcel is returned due to any content violation or shipping rules and regulations violation. Also we will charge the sender additional shipping costs to send the parcel back. You will be notified if any parcels delivered to us are damaged and/or need to be re-packed.
In a case that a parcel arrives to the recipient damaged in shipping, you must inform Meest-Boston within five (5) days of arrival date.
Also, please keep all the materials and merchandises as is for further insurance claim investigation.
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
